How to Order
Standard orders go out within 10 days receipt. However, delays do occur, if we are expecting your full order to be in stock within a reasonable amount of time, we will hold your order so items may be shipped all together. If this is not possible in a timely manner, you will either be sent a partial shipment with notification of backorder or a postcard estimating the wait period. You will not be charged extra for backorders, but we cannot add to an order once part of it has been shipped.
Methods of Payment
On-line orders may be paid for with Paypal or credit card. Upon completion of your order form you will be directed to Paypal. There you can choose to pay via your Paypal account or use a credit card without creating Paypal account.
For an additional fee we are happy to ship your order Next Day Air or Second Day Air if we have the item in stock, please call for an estimate.
You can choose to ship to your International address directly from Nakarali via UPS. This does cost more than other methods, but it is guaranteed to arrive, and can be insured and tracked if there is a problem.
Alternately, if you have an address that we can ship to in the USA, you may find it the easier alternative as we have to declare the value of the shipment and this can incur duty fees at Customs. We cannot insure your package and leave the value undeclared.
Additional Catalog Copies
We don’t have a paper catalog at this time. There are so many new things added all the time, we’ve decided the web version is the best way to keep you advised of products and promotions. You can always call us with any questions 650.889.3005, leave a message 24 hours a day and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What’s a Drop Shipment?
When it is more efficient for an item to be shipped direct from the Nakarali where it is created, it’s called a Drop Shipment. You will see a note on your invoice informing you that the drop shipment will go out 10 days from receipt of your order.
When can I expect my Back Order?
When an item is out of stock, we will put it on Back Order and send out the items that we have in stock. You do not pay anything extra for back ordered items, the shipping is all-inclusive at the time you order, but we cannot add to an order once part of it has been shipped. You will see a note on your invoice informing you that the back order will go out 10 days from receipt of your order.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy with your order and will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with a product within 10 days of purchase. However, please understand that Nakarali jewelry is handmade in India and many items are vintage or antique. That means that imperfections, scratches and mismatched pairs should be considered part of the character of the item, not a defect. If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item.
Please follow these guidelines when receiving your order and/or making a return.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You will receive your item in a clear, sealed plastic bag. On the seal will be a notice that by breaking the seal you agree to these TERMS OF AGREEMENT. Please examine your item carefully while still in the clear, plastic bag and do not break the seal if you wish to return the item.
By breaking the seal on the bag that contains the item you ordered you agree to keep the item and make good on any payments.
If you examine the item and find it unsatisfactory, please return it to Nakarali using the original shipping materials and container. If the original shipping materials and container have been damaged in transit, put the whole affair in another container so that we may inspect the damage.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 Days of receipt.
By breaking the seal on the bag you are accepting responsibility for damages you make to the item. We advise against twisting, bending or pulling on wires or parts that may be old and fragile. If you drop an item, it may break.

Send your return to Studio 508, 508 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. You are responsible for all return shipping charges on non-defective items.
